Senior Couriers

Senior Couriers are responsible for ensuring that all the Holiday Couriers working on their site are constantly coached and supported, enabling them to deliver excellent holidays to our customers. This role is all about planning, organisation, great communication, management and leadership.

You will help your staff to achieve a recognised qualification as part of their role, in conjunction with the region's Trainer/Assessor.

We have different levels of Senior Courier:

Senior Courier (Level 1) - generally has a small team of 2 or 3 staff

Senior Courier (Level 2) - teams can vary from 4 staff up to 8 staff

Site Managers - teams can vary from 9-20 staff


There will be an opportunity to study towards an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification to help develop and sharpen those managerial skills.

Key requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age when you start your contract

• Available from March to mid-September

• Good working knowledge of English language

• Experience of leading a team


Customer service experience

• Able to support and develop team members to succeed

• Planning and organisation skills

• Good communicator

• Sociable, confident, flexible and enthusiastic
